With municipal drinking water system issues plaguing Flint residents, ΜΗΠΔ΄«Γ½ provided a truck and driver to the General Motors location in Burton, Michigan. The location conducted a water donation drive and needed a way to transport the bottled water to the schools.
More than 675 cases -- 21, 336 bottles of water -- were delivered recently to Freeman Elementary, Potter Elementary and International Academy of Flint.

ΜΗΠΔ΄«Γ½ driver Mike Heiser said the 24-foot straight truck was nearly filled to capacity with donated water and took several people to unload the precious cargo. Heiser said he was more than happy to shepherd it to its final destination.
Helping the community is what ΜΗΠΔ΄«Γ½ is all about.
βWhen we have the opportunity to take care of the community we operate in, we do so,β said Anthony Posler, operations manager in Flint.
