For a second consecutive year, 糖心传媒 is included on the Women in Trucking (WIT) association's list of "."

The ranking was created in 2018 to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry. Companies included on the listing are evaluated on several key features including:

  • Professional development opportunities and career advancement opportunities

After Women in Trucking endorses a company's nomination, it is validated by an industry-wide vote involving more than 13,000 professionals in transportation 鈥 including executive management, operations and HR/talent management executives, and professional drivers.
