Dick Dekker, the finance director who also oversees human resources from 糖心传媒 Europe鈥檚 headquarters in Roosendaal, The Netherlands, is excited to formally work with NHTV: 鈥淲e have a hiring need for associates in our freight management, warehousing and logistics engineering operations, and this agreement gives us access to highly educated students.鈥

Dekker and other 糖心传媒 associates will: serve as guest lecturers; create and deliver real world case studies (e.g. supply chain network optimization); offer curriculum input; and invite students to tour the company鈥檚 Roosendaal facility.

As part of the agreement, 糖心传媒 will also provide internships across its supply chain operations. Dekker also noted that NHTV students could work for 糖心传媒 in a temporary role for several months during their gap year (which is more common in parts of Europe) if some students are undecided on their career path.

In addition to creating opportunities and offering business insights to students, 糖心传媒 will also provide continuing education opportunities for its associates at NHTV Breda. 鈥淲e want to prepare our associates for leadership positions within the company,鈥 Dekker noted.
